Naming Rights

While the spot on campus has long been home to Texas Tech's nationally prominent men's and women's track & field teams, the Terry and Linda Fuller Track & Field Complex was officially christened in 2009.

The track facility at Texas Tech is named the Terry and Linda Fuller Track & Field Complex in honor of the generous contributions made by the Fuller family whose support for the Athletics Department is vital and appreciated.

2014 Upgrades and Renovations

Texas Tech University officials unveiled the completion of $1.2 million in facility upgrades to the Terry and Linda Fuller Track and Field Complex during the 2014 season.

The project, which included renovations to two existing buildings and the addition of a 3,900 square-foot storage facility, adds a state-of-the-art team room, two locker rooms and an upgraded athletic training facility.

Texas Tech track and field student-athletes now enjoy the benefits of a 3,500 square foot team area and expanded locker room space, all of which opens up to the north edge of the Fuller Track. The team room features custom red and black carpet with an oversized Double-T graphic, four game-style tables, three study tables and an 80-inch high definition flat-panel TV.

Meanwhile, each locker room features 90 custom oak lockers and bathrooms with Texas Tech red and black colored tiles.

The project added 924 square feet to the original building.
